Flowers Delivery to Iran - All the cities
We cover the entire country. A great number of florists in almost
all the cities are
ready to take care of your orders as our representatives. If there is
no flower shop in a
town, your orders will be sent by a florist of nearest city.
Notes:
1 - Unlike Tehran in which you can find any kinds of flowers,
plants, baskets and
other flower containers available in the country, there are
limitations in other town and cities.
The scale of limitation of options depends on the size of the town
and its distance
from Tehran. The best option - that we strongly recommend - is that
you ask a good
selection by the florist for a certain considered amount you want to
spend.
2 - The pictures shown in our site will be available in Tehran only.
Transferring your orders to our representative florists in other
cities , we give all the
necessary information to them, but if some flower or container is
not available there,
they use the most similar item available as a substitution. For the
cities which are
not more than 200 Km. far from Tehran, we can send orders including
big baskets
directly from Tehran. Though in such a case, delivery charge is
much higher than
usual, please
contact us in advance for more information.

International Delivery - around the world
We deliver flowers around the world.
Select the recipient's Country, choose
a category and define the total cost you are ready to spend. That is
so easy.
You might have experienced that many customers'
dissatisfaction results from the fact that the florist who has taken
the picture and the florist who carries out the order are from
different countries and the delivered item is often different from
the chosen image. That is why we don't offer pictures for
international orders. Instead, we suggest our categories.
You can select a category with the minimum price or more, and let
the florist to
have the best option for you. You have options for some flower or
color which will be
used if available. Select the recipient's Country, choose a
category and click Order. ( Or if you want to order
something different, you may define the total amount of money you
are ready to spend. )
That is so easy.
International Service.
Changes to Your Order
You may change your order up to the last minutes before delivery and
have a new selection. These changes may be for the kind of flowers,
ordered items, delivery date & time, recipient's address or phone
number, etc...
Obviously we cannot accept any changes after delivery of the order
or when your order is on its way.
Please complete this form
and send it to us for any possible changes in the order.
If it is a few hours before delivery time, you should also inform us
by phone, fax or on the live messenger.
Note : We cannot guarantee changes to an order if announced
in less than 2 hours before delivery time, however we will do
our best.
We do not charge you for any clerical changes informed 3 hours
before delivery time, but for floral changes there might be a charge
depending on the price of your order.
In this case we may charge you for the floral changes only (between
%5 and %20 of the price.) There will be no charge for changing
address, phone number, etc.
Order Modification
You may like the arrangement shown in a picture, but you wish to
order in different size or something look like to it but cheaper or
nicer.
For this reason, for most pictures you see in the site, there are 5
different options and prices :
As shown in the picture : It is the price of the item as it can be
seen in the picture with the same specification.
Larger : For the cases that you have chosen all specification in the
picture but you wish it to be delivered in larger size and more
flowers.
Smaller : It is when you order it in smaller size.
Budget : It is when you wish the same size shown in the picture but
according to your budget. In this case we reduce the price by
changing some kind of flowers.
Premium : We offer you your desired item with exotic flowers and
with the best design.
Cancellation
You can cancel your order. Complete the
Cancellation form and
send it to us for canceling your order.
For obvious reasons, we cannot cancel your order after delivery or
when your order is on its way.
Please inform any cancellation until 4 hours before delivery time.
Otherwise it is necessary to inform us by
phone,
fax or internet messenger too. Also A portion of your
payment is not refundable if you cancel your order within less than
4 working hours before delivery time.
Working hours are from 08:00 AM to 10:00 PM Iran time. ( 10:30 PM to
08:30 AM in West US & Canada ).
The non-refundable part of your payment will be between %5 and
%20.of the price.
Refunds
always your payment for your canceled order, remaining amount of
your modified order or your deposit is refundable.
In cancellation form (or modification form ) of order, you define
whether you desire to take your payment back or you prefer to use it
in your future order.
We'll contact you in the case of refunding for the best possible
way.
Normally, a credit will be issued towards your credit card ( if your
purchase has done by credit card.)
Return
We guarantee your and recipient's satisfaction.
If you are not completely satisfied for any reason, please inform us
as soon as possible through filling and sending the Dissatisfaction
announcement form. We understand the feelings of the one who is
sending a gift for his/her beloved person and we want no one be
dissatisfaction with our work. Rest assured that we do our best to
satisfy our clients.
In addition, if there is any problem with the forwarded gift, the
recipient can return it and ask us to change it based on her/his
wish.
Substitution Policy
We do our best to deliver what you have ordered (Just the same as
selected picture - if not nicer. )
In some cases, the exact kind of basket, container or the same color
of flower may not be available, or some flowers do not exist in that
season. In that case, we use the similar basket, container or
flowers, and the utmost care and attention is given to your order to
ensure that it is as similar as possible to the requested item.
Note : - If you emphasize on a particular flower or color , please
explain it to us. If there would be any problem , we inform you to
have your comment.
Please consider that there is not plenty of various flowers, basket
and other container, in other cities rather than Tehran, (specially
in small towns), so orders may have some changes.
